DELF & DALF – Tout Public

• Age group: Adults aged 17 and above

The French Ministry of Education certifies the French language proficiency of non-native French speakers through two internationally recognised diplomas:

• DELF – Diplôme d’études en langue française: The DELF assesses French language skills from Level A1 to Level B2, corresponding to beginner to independent users.
• DALF – Diplôme approfondi de langue française: The DALF certifies advanced proficiency at Level C1 and Level C2, intended for autonomous and proficient users.

• The French Ministry of Education certifies the French language proficiency of non-native French speakers enrolled in secondary and higher secondary education through the DELF Junior diploma.
• The DELF Junior assesses French language skills from Level A1 to Level B2, corresponding to beginner to independent users, the examination is specifically adapted to young learners.

DELF Prim

• Age group: 7 to 11 years
• The French Ministry of Education certifies the French language proficiency of non-native French speakers enrolled in primary education through the DELF Prim diploma.
• The DELF Prim is designed specifically for young learners and assesses French language skills at three levels: A1.1, A1, and A2, corresponding to elementary and beginner users.

• The Test de Connaissance du Français (TCF) is a test that assesses a non-native French speaker’s French language skills. It is administered by France Education International (FEI), the French Ministry of Education.
• Requirement: To apply for Higher studies in French universities
• Accredited centre: Af Bengale, Af Bhopal

TCF CANADA 

• Validity: 2 years
• The Test de Connaissance du Français (TCF) is a test that assesses a non-native French speaker’s French language skills. It is administered by France Education International (FEI), the French Ministry of Education.
• Requirement: To emigrate to Canada
• Accredited centres: Af Bengale, Af Bangalore, Af Delhi

TCF QUÉBEC 

• Validity: 2 years
• The Test de Connaissance du Français (TCF) is a test that assesses a non-native French speaker’s French language skills. It is administered by France Education International (FEI), the French Ministry of Education.
• Requirement : To emigrate to Québec
• Accredited centres: Af Bengale, Af Chandigarh

TCF ANF

• Validity: 2 years
• The Test de Connaissance du Français (TCF) is a test that assesses a non-native French speaker’s French language skills. It is administered by France Education International (FEI), the French Ministry of Education.
• Requirement: To apply for French nationality
• Accredited centres: Af Bengale

TEF CANADA

• Validity: 2 years
• TEF is an international reference test awarded by the CCI Paris Ile-de-France. The Test d’évaluation de français (TEF) measures your level of French language knowledge and skills.
• TEF is officially recognised by the Canadian Ministry of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship
• Required for permanent residency applications to Canada
• Accredited centres: Af Ahmedabad, Af Bhopal, Af Bombay, Af Chandigarh, Af Madras, Af Hyderabad, Af Lucknow

TEF QUÉBEC

• Validity: 2 years
• TEF is an international reference test awarded by the CCI Paris Ile-de-France. The Test d’évaluation de français (TEF) measures your level of French language knowledge and skills.
• TEF is officially recognised by the Quebec Ministry of Immigration, Francisation and Integration
• Required for permanent residency applications to Québec
